On Saturday we returned to Ruranabaque for our flight back to La Paz.We’ve rented a small apartment in an ‘apart-hotel’ for a couple of days as we intend to hibernate and recharge our batteries – it’s really nice being able to cook for ourselves for a change!
We’ve eaten nice food, slept a lot and watched a lot of films on HBO – like one of our proper lazy weekends back at home! Our only excursion has been to see the local mirador (view point) and buy a roast chicken! Tomorrow we’re hooking up with Tania again to visit southern Bolivia.
